Today is Girls' Day in Japan, and we have our Hina Dolls set up to celebrate.

A new day and back to the artwork.

We have a wall perfect for chalk drawing and Sophie spent the afternoon doing so.

I like eating oysters but not shucking (opening the shell) them....so when Wataru brought home close to 20 fresh oysters I nearly died!

Sophie can't wait to go to Kinder, she has so much fun dressing up in her brother's stuff.

More circles, ever since she could hold a pencil all Sophie draws is circles.... I wonder if there is some kind of hidden message in there?!

Little 2 year old girls are very very smart! Sophie found out that the best way to save tissue papers and to fix a runny nose is to just stick the paper to your nose!

What is snow to a little 2 year old?

I was brushing my teeth the other day and Sophie pointed to my mouth full of toothpaste and said 'SNOW'!

Sophie is a very fussy eater but one thing that she likes a lot is CHOCOLATE!

Too bad we don't live near a chinatown, I guess I will just have to put up with some moon cake.....
